‘How fit are you?’ It’s quite a deep question isn’t it? What do we mean by fit? Are we talking about how far you can run or how fast you can run? Are we talking about how much you can lift or how many times you can lift it? How strong your muscles look or how strong your muscles are? There are so many ways to answer this question you might not know where to start, so when it comes time to say ‘right - I want to get fit’, you might not actually know what you need to do in order to achieve that.
